Stephen founded the Studio in 1987 in Newark, NJ with a vision and relentless pursuit of design excellence. Now, 3 decades later, the award winning studio maintains those same high standards. Stephen, a life long learner, has a BFA Degree in Graphic Design from Montclair State University (Go Red Hawks!)

Leading the creative team with an extensive background in branding, marketing and research, Alfredo is entrusted with the monumental tasks of solving problems, helping clients define opportunities and implementing strategies. Alfredo has a Degree in Marketing from Rutgers University.

Ivan Silverberg covers all the video & digital media angles, providing practical experience and cutting edge techniques to lead the way in a high powered visual space. Ivan boast a BA from the University of Illinois and a MA Degree from Northeastern Illinois University.

Much like most Millennials, Nakia believes that all media is social and effectively communicating is essential to success. Nakia graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in communication and brings a diverse variety of corporate experience.

Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Math from Lafayette College and is a candidate for a Master of Accounting degree from William & Mary College (May '17).
